1. About Us
NBPM Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., established in 2016 (formerly BPM Finance), provides: Loan Consultancy Services ITR Filing Services GST Filing Services Credit Card Assistance Insurance Services CIBIL Score & Credit Report Assistance Financial Consultation Services We act as a facilitator between customers and financial institutions/banks/NBFCs/insurance companies.
2. Eligibility
By using our website or mobile application, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years old. You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract. All information provided by you is accurate and truthful.
3. Nature of Services
NBPM is not a bank or NBFC. We provide consultancy and facilitation services for loans, credit cards, insurance, and financial products. Final approval of loans, credit cards, insurance, or other products is solely at the discretion of the respective bank/NBFC/insurance company. We do not guarantee approval of any financial product.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree: To provide accurate personal, financial, and employment details. Not to submit false or misleading information. Not to misuse the website or application. Not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems. NBPM reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of misuse or fraudulent activity.
5. CIBIL Score & Credit Report Services
We may facilitate access to your CIBIL score and credit history through authorized third-party service providers. By using this feature, you authorize NBPM to retrieve your credit information on your behalf. NBPM is not responsible for inaccuracies in credit reports provided by credit bureaus.
6. Refer & Earn Program
Our mobile application may include a “Refer & Earn” feature: Users may refer others to apply for financial products. Rewards/commissions are subject to eligibility criteria. Payouts will be processed only after successful approval and disbursement (if applicable). NBPM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time. Fraudulent referrals will result in account termination and cancellation of rewards.
7. Fees & Charges
Consultancy or service charges (if applicable) will be communicated clearly before proceeding. Government charges, filing fees, or third-party charges are separate. Fees once paid may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
8. Limitation of Liability
NBPM shall not be liable for: Loan rejection by banks/NBFCs. Delays caused by third-party institutions. Incorrect information provided by users. Loss arising from misuse of the platform by users. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the service fee paid to us.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and mobile application, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NBPM Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to: Suspend or terminate access without prior notice Remove any content submitted by users Refuse service in case of violation of these terms
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City, e.g., Delhi / Ghaziabad].
